Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for Inside Sales Interns. In this position, you will be responsible for lead generation, nurturing potential prospects, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Your role will involve effective communication with clients, promoting customer satisfaction, and contributing to the success of the sales team through collaborative efforts and strategic insights. As an intern, you will receive training and hands-on experience to develop a strong foundation in sales strategies and customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to effectively identify and connect with potential clients
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, ensuring positive interactions with clients
  • Commitment to achieving high standards of Customer Satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and follow-ups
  • Enthusiasm for learning and applying sales techniques in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
