About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced
Business Development Consultant
with a strong background in the
interior design industry
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires proven experience in business development, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the interior design sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior design market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and vendors.
  • Develop strategies to generate qualified leads and close business deals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
  • Collaborate with the design & sales team to meet client requirements.
  • Maintain records of client interactions, negotiations, and business closures.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory:
    2–3 years of proven experience in
    Business Development within the Interior Design Industry
    .
  • Strong network and client handling skills in the interior design sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).
