Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Operations Manager located in Surat. The Branch Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient service delivery, managing staff, handling customer queries and issues, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing bank policies and procedures. This role also involves coordinating with other branches and departments to ensure seamless operational workflows.

Qualifications

  • Experience in branch operations management and customer service
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in using banking software and IT systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Experience in the banking industry is a plus
