Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our academic institution's team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, providing them with information about our courses, programs, and admission process. Freshers with a passion for education and strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to prospective students and inform them about available academic programs and admissions.
  • Answer inquiries and assist potential students with the application process.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Meet daily/weekly call targets and contribute to the growth of student enrollment.
  • Work closely with the admissions team to ensure smooth follow-up and coordination.
  • Provide valuable feedback on student preferences and market trends.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply; no prior experience required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
