Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to join our business development team. The role involves interacting with potential clients, explaining our services, and converting leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call potential leads to explain Vynzora's services and offerings.

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

  • Maintain client details and follow-up records in CRM/Google Sheets.

  • Generate appointments for the marketing or sales team.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.

  • Achieve daily and monthly call targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Graduate in any stream.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Malayalam and English).

  • Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, Email).

  • Previous telecalling or customer service experience preferred, but freshers can apply.

  • Goal-oriented and enthusiastic personality.
