ORGANISATION CHART
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Assist and learn while working in the following jobs:
- Incorporation of Companies
- Appointment & Resignation of Directors.
- Change Registered office .
- Increase of authorized share capital of company.
- Documentation for Rights Issue.
- Examining e-Stamp Duty on issue and allotment of shares.
- Preparation of draft for Circular Resolution under section 175 of the Companies Act, 2013.
- Preparation of draft Board Report and AGM Notice.
- ROC filings (including of section 8 Cos. and LLP's).
- Corporate actions with Depositories etc.
- Updating of records as required under the Statutory provisions
- Shifting of Registered office of the company / LLP within/outside the local limits of the City and
- Practical Committees and Board Meetings.
- Forms for creation, modification and Satisfaction of Charges.
- Appointment of Statutory Auditors.
- Preparation of draft Notices/Agendas / Minutes of Meetings and various Board Resolutions.
- E- Filing of various forms for Companies and LLPs to ROC.
- KYCs requirements
- Preparation of drafts for Strike off etc.;
- Maintenance of Statutory Registers.
- Documentation of procurement of DSC.
- Relationship Management: Support in maintaining relationship with Secretarial Department and Finance Departments, Statutory Auditors, Statutory Authorities and other Stakeholders across the group, Assist in organizing the Study Circle / other meetings
