Core responsibilities

  • Food preparation: Wash, chop, and season vegetables, meats, and fish as directed. Measure and organize ingredients for recipes.
  • Assisting senior chefs: Work under the guidance of chefs de partie to prepare and cook dish components, sometimes acting as a line cook when needed.
  • Kitchen and station maintenance: Keep the kitchen and individual workstations clean, organized, and sanitized according to health and safety standards.
  • Inventory and stock management: Assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries, stocking and rotating inventory to prevent waste, and monitoring stock levels.
  • Dish assembly: Help with plating and presenting food items.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
