Commi II

Looking for a talented and enthusiastic Commi II (South Indian) to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

• Assist in preparing and cooking South Indian dishes, including dosas, idlis, sambar, rasam, and chutneys.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area.
• Collaborate with other chefs to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
• Develop new recipes and menus to enhance the culinary experience.
• Participate in inventory management and ordering supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commi II or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
