Responsibilities

  1. Design and Drafting:

· Prepare detailed drawings which includes Single Line Diagrams (SLD), General Arrangement (GA), structural design, shadow analysis, and string configuration.

· Ensure designs meet project requirements and are aligned with industry standards.

  1. Project Review and Monitoring:

· Assess site readiness, analyse solar resources, validate capacity compliance, and review equipment quality and suitability.

· Identify
project risks
(technical, operational, financial) and recommend mitigation measures.

· Conduct design reviews at various stages of the project lifecycle: design, installation, commissioning, and performance monitoring.

· Monitor and evaluate project performance to ensure adherence to design specifications and optimal functionality.

  1. Collaboration:

· Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

· Coordinate with external stakeholders to address design-related requirements, clarifications, and changes.

  1. Process Improvement:

· Continuously evaluate and refine design processes to improve efficiency and project outcomes.

· Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in solar design.

Requirements
:

  • B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering or Solar Engineering (specialization preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in solar design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, PVsyst, and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
