Job Summary:

The PMO Lead – CEO's Office is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, ensuring business performance monitoring, and enabling cross-functional coordination. This role acts as the CEO's execution arm, overseeing governance, risk management, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management: – Track high-impact projects, ensure alignment with business goals, and establish governance frameworks.
  2. KPI Management – Develop executive dashboards, monitor key business and People KPIs, and provide data-driven insights.
  3. CXO, Director Level Stakeholder Management – Facilitate collaboration across departments, conduct standups, and streamline communication with leadership.
  4. Task Management & Escalation Handling – Drive critical tasks, manage escalations from strategic meetings, and ensure timely issue resolution.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in PMO, Strategy Execution, or Business Operations in IT Services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination abilities.
  • Knowledge of risk management, compliance frameworks, and governance models.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment supporting executive leadership.
