Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across various functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent through multiple channels, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, design effective hiring strategies, and drive the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for all open positions.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and manage candidate communication.
- Maintain and update recruitment reports and applicant databases.
- Support employer branding initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in job portals & sourcing tools
- Excellent organizational and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of HR hiring practices and talent mapping
Experience: 5 years
