Job Summary:
We are seeking a
Sales & Marketing Executive
who will assist in lead generation, campaign execution, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the dynamics of B2B sales and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in generating and qualifying new business leads through calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Support in planning and executing
marketing campaigns (online & offline)
to promote OMR and digital solutions. - Coordinate with clients for inquiries, product demos, and follow-ups.
- Work with the digital marketing team on
Google Ads, LinkedIn, and email campaigns
. - Prepare and maintain
sales reports, presentations, and marketing collateral
. - Attend exhibitions, events, and client meetings to promote company products and services.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions with the support of the technical team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
. - 0–1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (freshers can apply).
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of
digital marketing tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn, CRM)
is a plus. - Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards learning.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
