Role: Sales Lead – Zoho & SaaS Practice
We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Sales Lead who can support the rapid growth of our Zoho & SaaS implementation practice.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline (LinkedIn, BNI, networking, outbound).
- Conduct discovery calls, demos, and requirement discussions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and customer presentations.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead qualification to deal closure.
- Stay updated on Zoho products (CRM, Books, Inventory, People, Creator, Commerce).
What Makes You the Right Fit
- You are
empathetic, kind, and people-first
, able to understand customers by stepping into their shoes. - 2–4 years of experience in SaaS / IT / software sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR systems.
- Willing to travel within India & the Middle East.
