Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic, well-groomed, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail team at Manyavar Mohey, a leading brand in premium ethnic wear. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns efficiently.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Stay updated on new products, promotions, and industry trends.
Requirements :
1-3 years of experience in retail sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
Note:
Applicants must have prior experience in retail sales, preferably in apparel, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
