Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Field Service Engineer - GC Analyzer based in Bengaluru, India. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing GC Analyzer instruments. Day-to-day tasks include conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and providing timely technical support to clients. The role also requires maintaining detailed service reports and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance, with hands-on experience in diagnostic and analytical equipment
  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to resolve complex equipment and system issues
  • Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on satisfaction, relationship-building, and clear communication
  • Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering degree or equivalent educational background
  • Familiarity with GC Analyzer systems and laboratory instrumentation is highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently on-site
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Expertise Required

Knowledge of RGA, NGA SIMDIS, DHA OXYGENATES is must.

Knowledge of following softwares is must. Envantage Dragon, old generation PAC SIMDIS and DHA software, Separation Solution, Open Lab CDS and Chemstation software.
