Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Field Services Engineer. Responsibilities include conducting field services, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, performing preventive maintenance of diagnostic imaging equipment, and providing exceptional technical and customer support. The role requires a candidate who is committed to delivering high-quality maintenance and fostering strong client relationships to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance to ensure optimal performance of medical diagnostic equipment
  • Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose and address equipment issues effectively
  • Exceptional Customer Service abilities to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills for effective service delivery
  • Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, or similar fields) or equivalent technical expertise
  • Experience or knowledge in medical diagnostic equipment and imaging systems is a plus
  • Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru and travel as required
