Service Engineer

Location:
Patna, Varanasi, Bareilly, Tirupati, Indore, Bengaluru, Mohali, Mangalore, Hyderabad,Vijayawada, Satna, Pune, Chandigarh, Delhi and Bhubaneswar.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic engineer responsible for installation of radiological equipment's and to provide technical support to customers. The ideal candidate will possess good exposure on trouble shooting & healthcare technology, particularly in the realm of medical equipment and technology.

Key
Responsibilities:

  • Installation of the Systems (X-Ray, CR, DR)
  • Handling breakdowns, updates calls and safety checks and closer of calls and maintaining up-time of systems
  • Routine maintenance, tune ups, calibration, Quality Checks of the systems
  • Machine demonstrations and first level application to user
  • Selling of spare parts, consumables, contracts and renewals

Qualifications and Skills:

  • B. Tech / B.E / Diploma in Electronics / Mechatronics / Electrical / Biomedical
  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in Servicing and Installation of X-Ray equipment's, preferably within the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Experience in troubleshooting, Servicing and Installation of X-Ray devices.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively & maintenance of spares as per requirement.
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices in customer services and healthcare technology.
