Role Description

The Field Services Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Vizag & Bengaluru. The role includes providing technical support, troubleshooting equipment issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring the proper functioning of scientific instruments. Additionally, the role involves interacting with customers to address their needs and maintaining a high standard of service quality.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Field Service like Installation, Calibration, Breakdown, Preventive Maintenance of Analytical and Laboratory Instruments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
  • Excellent Customer Service skills with an ability to interact effectively with clients
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to on-site work environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field is preferred
  • Prior experience working in scientific instrumentation or a related industry is an advantage
