Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Head Bartender/Bar Executive. The role involves managing the daily operations of the bar, creating and serving beverages, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Responsibilities include training and supervising bar staff, overseeing inventory and cash handling, and ensuring compliance with food and beverage safety regulations. A focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence is key to this position.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide an exceptional guest experience
  • Expertise in Food & Beverage operations, including bartending and crafting beverages
  • Experience with Cash Handling and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Leadership abilities to manage and train bar staff effectively
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards in food and beverage operations
  • Relevant certifications or training in hospitality or bartending are a plus
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a remote work environment
