Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide staff to provide outstanding customer service.
- Greet guests, take orders accurately, and ensure timely service.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and overall ambiance of the dining area.
- Assist in training new staff and maintaining service quality standards.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow.
- Upsell menu items and recommend dishes to enhance the guest experience.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to service protocols.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a supervisor in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques.
- Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Minimum 6 months should be stay with our company
