Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team, working closely with engineering, product development, and the founders. The focus is on identifying potential clients within the drone ecosystem and persuading decision-makers to choose WelkinRim. This role bridges the company and clients, ensuring confidentiality and continuous engagement to boost brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute business development activities through proactive client interactions.
- Assist in client meetings to capture requirements and collaborate with the technical team.
- Draft proposals and budgets for new projects.
- Follow up with clients on proposals, invoices, and testimonials.
- Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and seminars.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into specifications.
Goals for the First Year
- Develop a deep understanding of products, customers, and internal processes.
- Establish systems for lead generation, marketing, and events.
- Maintain targeted email lists.
- Support cross-functional teams with event activities and campaigns.
- Assist in proposal drafting and creating marketing materials.
