Our mission is to bring elegance and sophistication to men's fashion while maintaining superior quality and customer satisfaction.
Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Patna, Bihar
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Focus purely on driving business and revenue growth for the showroom.
 - Develop and execute strategies to increase customer footfall, conversions, and repeat business.
 - Build strong relationships with clients by offering personalized assistance and premium service.
 - Motivate and guide the business team to deliver consistent high-performance sales.
 - Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly business targets.
 - Recommend and execute business promotions, customer engagement activities, and special offers.
 
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in the retail/apparel industry (ethnic wear experience preferred).
 - Proven ability to achieve and exceed business targets.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – confident in dealing with premium clients.
 - Strong skills in customer relationship management, upselling, and cross-selling.
 - Energetic, persuasive, and result-driven personality with leadership qualities.
 
Salary & Benefits:
- Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience & skills)
 - Performance Incentives: Attractive incentives directly linked to sales achievements
