Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Patna, Bihar

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Focus purely on driving business and revenue growth for the showroom.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase customer footfall, conversions, and repeat business.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by offering personalized assistance and premium service.
  • Motivate and guide the business team to deliver consistent high-performance sales.
  • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly business targets.
  • Recommend and execute business promotions, customer engagement activities, and special offers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in the retail/apparel industry (ethnic wear experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed business targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – confident in dealing with premium clients.
  • Strong skills in customer relationship management, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Energetic, persuasive, and result-driven personality with leadership qualities.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience & skills)
  • Performance Incentives: Attractive incentives directly linked to sales achievements
