Position: Store Manager

Location: Patna, Bihar

Roles & Responsibilities:


• Oversee the daily operations of the showroom and ensure smooth functioning.


• Supervise sales staff and maintain discipline, grooming standards, and productivity.


• Manage inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with the backend for replenishment.


• Provide excellent customer service by guiding clients in product selection and addressing queries.


• Drive sales targets and ensure high conversion rates.


• Handle billing, cash management, and daily/weekly reporting.


• Plan and execute visual merchandising & showroom displays to enhance customer experience.


• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.


• Train and motivate the team to deliver consistent high-performance results.

Requirements:


• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in apparel retail/showroom management (ethnic wear experience preferred).


• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.


• Knowledge of inventory management, sales tracking, and team supervision.


• Ability to meet sales goals and maintain showroom standards.


• Pleasant personality with a customer-first mindset.

Salary & Benefits:


• Fixed Salary: ₹22,000 per month


• Variable Pay/Incentives: Performance-based, linked to showroom sales & targets
