Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Patna. The Store Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction and excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing store employees, maintaining store standards, handling customer inquiries and complaints, managing inventory, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and ensuring the store meets sales goals and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Effective Communication skills
- Experience in Store Management
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Problem-solving and organizational skills
- Experience in retail is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
