Job Title: Jewellery Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Jewellery Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in jewellery retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to meet sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the jewellery store, ensuring smooth functioning.
  • Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Provide personalized customer service, including guiding clients in selecting jewellery pieces.
  • Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and product display to maximize sales.
  • Implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities to boost revenue.
  • Monitor store performance, prepare sales reports, and provide management insights.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and tact.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in jewellery retail, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of diamonds, gold, gemstones, and contemporary jewellery trends.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue goals.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage inventory, analyze reports, and implement sales strategies.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional appearance and a passion for luxury retail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
