As a Store Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store. You will assist in day-to-day store operations, manage inventory, and ensure that the store is clean, organized, and properly stocked. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a strong ability to multitask.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, answer product-related inquiries, and provide solutions to any issues or concerns.
- **Sales & Promotion**: Actively promote products and services to customers, upsell and cross-sell items when appropriate, and support store sales goals.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist with receiving, sorting, and stocking products on shelves, and help maintain accurate inventory records. Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
- **Store Presentation**: Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing. Monitor product displays, signage, and ensure compliance with store layout standards.
- **Point of Sale (POS) Transactions**: Operate the cash register, process transactions, handle payments, and issue receipts in a quick and accurate manner.
- **Store Safety**: Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment by adhering to health and safety standards and reporting any hazards to management.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other team members and store managers to meet operational goals and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- **Store Operations Support**: Assist with opening and closing procedures, stock replenishment, and other tasks as directed by the Store Manager.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; further education or retail training is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- **Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
- Detail-oriented and organized.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry products (up to [X] lbs).
- Comfortable with bending, reaching, and moving around the store floor.

**Working Conditions**:

- Retail environment with frequent customer interaction.
- Flexible work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
