Job Title: Senior Academic Excellence Manager (Sr. AEM) Location: Delhi NCR About SpeEdLabs: SpeEdLabs, founded by IIT/IIM alumni, is a fast-growing adaptive learning platform providing AI-enabled personalized solutions for CBSE, ICSE, IIT JEE, and NEET students. We partner with schools and coaching institutes to deliver excellence in academic outcomes. Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Academic Excellence Manager to drive academic excellence in Delhi NCR. The Sr. AEM will lead AEMs in the region, ensure smooth implementation of SpeEdLabs' programs, and handle direct engagement with selected schools. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor Academic Excellence Managers in Delhi NCR. Oversee academic quality and ensure successful implementation of programs. Conduct regular school visits (15–20 days/month) for quality monitoring. Train teachers and principals on effective use of SpeEdLabs' platform. Strengthen relationships with school management and key stakeholders. Collect feedback, prepare reports, and share strategic insights with leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, training) to resolve challenges. Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in Education/Science/Management. 4–8 years of experience in academics, school coordination, or edtech. Experience in team management or handling multiple schools preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills. Proficiency in English & Hindi required. Comfortable with travel across Delhi NCR (15–20 days/month). Laptop & stable Wi-Fi connection are mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹70,000.00 per month
