Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Information Technology Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers enthusiastic about beginning their career in recruiting. The successful candidate will assist in the identification and onboarding of top talent within the IT industry, specifically targeting roles within Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Basic understanding and ability for job posting across different platforms to attract potential candidates for various IT roles.
  • Effective skills in interview scheduling to efficiently manage time slots between candidates and interviewers.
  • Capability to screen candidates to evaluate their compatibility with company requirements and job specifications.
  • Proficiency in technical recruiting with a focus on roles related to AI and IT technologies.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple candidates and recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills for clear and professional interactions with prospective candidates and team members.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to enhance the candidate experience and promote a positive company image.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and hiring managers to address recruiting needs effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in crafting compelling job descriptions that attract high-quality candidates with essential skills and experience in AI roles.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate specifications unique to AI and tech roles.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage active and passive candidates through different recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and job applications to shortlist potential candidates for interviews and further recruitment phases.
  • Arrange interviews by coordinating between candidates and interviewing panels to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Assist in negotiating job offers and communicating with candidates regarding salaries, benefits, and job expectations.
  • Maintain updated records of candidate interactions and recruitment data to support HR metrics and analytics efforts.
  • Stay updated with current recruiting practices and industry trends to refine sourcing and interviewing techniques.
