Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Assistant Restaurant Manager for our on-site location in Pune. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include assisting with hiring, managing team performance, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining food and beverage quality standards in line with the company's brand. This role will also involve training staff and fostering a positive work environment to meet business goals and deliver an outstanding dining experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure an exceptional dining experience for all patrons.
  • Proven experience in Hiring and training employees to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Effective Communication skills to manage team performance and engage with both staff and customers.
  • Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage operations, including maintaining quality standards and adherence to safety regulations.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Prior experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
  • Degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
