About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and automate
    daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
    for business leaders.
  • Track
    sales performance, availability, and stock movement
    across categories.
  • Prepare and monitor
    OKRs, P&L statements, and sales projections
    .
  • Create and maintain
    buying plans and forecast reports
    .
  • Coordinate with business teams to collect and validate sales and operational data.
  • Analyze transactional and operational data to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities.
  • Manage workforce and productivity reporting, including
    attendance and shift allocations
    .
  • Partner with managers to provide
    data-driven insights
    that support decision-making.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

-8–12 years of experience
in MIS, reporting, sales coordination, or data analysis.

-Strong expertise in
MS Excel (formulas, logical & arithmetic functions, reporting automation)
.

-Proficiency in MS Word and familiarity with business reporting tools.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
