About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive
 to join our team in Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data insights through reports and dashboards on 
Sales, Outstanding (O/S), and other key business metrics
. The role involves working closely with management to support decision-making and drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards for Sales, Outstanding (O/S), and other business KPIs.
  • Consolidate and validate data from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, Finance, Operations).
  • Provide actionable insights through trend analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting.
  • Generate periodic reports (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly) for management review.
  • Track receivables, customer outstanding, and aging reports with follow-up recommendations.
  • Assist in annual business planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of all reports submitted to the MD.
  • Design and automate reports/dashboards to reduce manual interventions.
  • Support ad-hoc data analysis requests from the Managing Director.
  • Maintain data confidentiality and integrity at all times.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Statistics / Computer Science.
  • 2–5 years of experience in MIS, Data Analysis, or Business Reporting (preferably in Travel, Hospitality, or Service Industry).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas, Power Query, Macros) and Power BI/Tableau or similar BI tools.
  • Good understanding of sales reporting, receivables tracking, and financial metrics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for preparing and presenting management reports.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential business data.
