Job description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, assisting with scheduling, and ensuring efficient communication within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and organize documents and reports
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence
  • Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment

Qualification:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus
  • Familiarity with office management procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment
