The Front Desk Admin acts as the operations backbone of Dazzles Studio—ensuring smooth store functioning, delivering excellent customer service, managing daily administration, supporting billing and documentation, and enabling efficient communication between teams and leadership. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about creating a seamless retail experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping & Front Desk: Manage invoices, billing, petty cash, and daily transactions while maintaining a warm and professional front desk.
- Facility Management: Ensure store hygiene, safety, ambiance, and display readiness.
- Documentation: Maintain SOPs, attendance, records, and essential administrative documents.
- Staff Coordination: Support teams by streamlining communication and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Customer Support: Address billing, invoicing, and alteration-related queries promptly and professionally.
- Policy Compliance: Implement and monitor store policies and operational standards.
- Operations Support: Assist with stock checks, store coordination, and day-to-day operational tasks
