Office Assistant
We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative and office coordination tasks at our CA Firm. This role is fully On-site in Mysore, and the candidate will assist in smooth day-to-day functioning of office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front desk support, client coordination & managing phone calls / inquiries
- Maintaining office records, client files, agreements, vouchers & audit files
- Document scanning, printing, photocopying & filing
- Follow-up with clients for documents and required information
- Coordination with banks, departments, and courier services when required
- Assist staff with administrative tasks and internal coordination
- Managing office supplies, stationery, and general office maintenance
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars & Fees Follow-up
Required Skills:
- Good communication (Kannada & English preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email, WhatsApp)
- Time-management and multitasking ability
- Professional behavior and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive documents
Eligibility:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Office Assistant / Admin / Receptionist
- Familiarity with basic office administration tasks
Preferred:
- Female candidates (Married)
Salary: 8,000 – 10,000
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
