Job Title: Executive- IT Support

Work mode: 5 Days work from office only

Shift: 7:00 PM 4:00 AM IST (Night Shift)

Experience required: 1-2 Years relevant

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting desktops/laptops, managing IT hardware, and handling user tickets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues on laptops and desktops.
  • Perform Windows OS installation, configuration, and reset as required.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook and related email settings.
  • Assist with basic Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP tasks on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Maintain and update IT asset inventory and hardware management logs.
  • Handle ticketing systems create, update, and maintain detailed worklogs.
  • Support users in day-to-day technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Use Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and documentation purposes.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of computer hardware and peripherals.
  • Experience with Windows operating systems and Outlook configuration.
  • Basic understanding of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Familiarity with IT ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) will be an added advantage.
