Role & responsibilities

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment of non-IT positions within the manufacturing domain, ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent. This role focuses on partnering with business leaders, understanding hiring needs, and driving effective talent acquisition strategies for Manufacturing domain (Auto Sector).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through multiple channels including job portals.
  • Conduct interviews, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage the selection process.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics, dashboards, and reports to track hiring progress and ensure timely closures.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the organization, promoting a positive candidate experience.

Preferred candidate profile ( M/F)

  • MBA in HR/ Other / Engineering or related field with 3-6 Years of experience of recruitment in Manufacturing (Preferably Auto Sector)
  • Strong sourcing, networking & stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing Industries & processes.
  • Good Communication & negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS/HR tools a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized.
  • High integrity & confidentiality.
  • Independent & team player.
  • Business acumen & problem-solving mindset.
