About the team :

Oil & Gas / Dairy. This team is directly responsible for growth of Oil and Gas / Dairy offline transactions & users at Paytm.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deliver training sessions on fintech products, digital platforms, compliance standards, and internal tools.

Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees and refresher training for existing staff.

Collaborate with product, compliance, and operations teams to keep training material up to date.

Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.

Maintain training records and generate reports for leadership and compliance audits.

Organize workshops, e-learning modules, webinars, and hands-on sessions.

Provide one-on-one coaching where needed to reinforce learning outcomes.

Stay current with trends and changes in the fintech industry and integrate them into training programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Education, or a related field.

Proven experience (2–5 years) as a corporate trainer, preferably in the fintech or banking domain.

Strong understanding of digital financial products, services, and compliance regulations.

Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to use LMS platforms, virtual training tools, and create engaging training content.

Analytical mindset to assess training impact and improve continuously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with UPI, lending platforms, digital wallets, or other fintech products.

Certifications in training, instructional design, or financial services (optional but preferred).

Multilingual abilities are a plus.
