Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission General Manager located in Chennai. The Admission General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the admissions process, managing and coordinating with the admissions team, developing and implementing admission strategies, and ensuring compliance with admission policies and regulations. The role also includes tracking and analyzing admission trends, reporting to senior management, and collaborating with various departments to achieve enrollment goals.

  • Experience in admissions management, team management, and strategy development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of educational institutions and admission policies
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Education Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Prior experience in the education sector is a plus
