Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Content Manager to oversee and manage all content-related activities for our website, email marketing, and WhatsApp campaigns. Additionally, this role includes coordinating product shoots and working closely with agencies to ensure the shoots are executed as per the brand standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content generation, copywriting, website UI/UX, and a keen eye for photography and visual presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage engaging and high-quality content for our website, ensuring it aligns with our brand voice and enhances the customer experience. This will include making creatives for social media and email marketing, planning and executing product shoots, creating informative and engaging product related content for the website, making lookbooks etc.
Email & WhatsApp Marketing: Develop and execute content strategy for direct marketing campaigns. Create compelling content for different customer segments ensuring messages are personalized and engaging.
Copywriting: Craft persuasive and engaging copy for product descriptions, blog posts, landing pages, lookbooks and other marketing materials.
Digital ads: Create compelling ads for social media and other digital platforms. These will be a mix of performance marketing and branding content
Content Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy for website, digital platforms and direct marketing, that aligns with our brand goals and marketing objectives.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse the performance of content across all channels, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all content maintains a consistent tone and style that reflects the brand's identity and values.
Product Shoots Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate product shoots, ensuring high-quality visual representation.
- Work with external agencies, photographers, and stylists to execute shoots.
- Ensure that all visual content aligns with brand standards and marketing objectives.
- Oversee the post-production process, including photo editing and retouching
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, and digital marketing
- Experience working with a lifestyle brand, creative agency, or publication house is required.
- Experience in coordinating product shoots and working with external agencies
- Good understanding of website UI/UX principles and best practices
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique content ideas
- Experience in the jewellery or luxury goods industry
