Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Kolkata. The Relationship Manager will focus on building and maintaining client relationships, promoting investment products and services, and ensuring client satisfaction by addressing their financial needs. The role involves conducting in-depth financial analysis, providing tailored investment recommendations, and cross-selling financial products. The Relationship Manager will also play a key role in achieving business targets, driving revenue growth, and adhering to compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in client relationship management, customer service, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of investment products, financial advisory, and wealth management solutions
  • Expertise in sales, business development, and achieving revenue and business targets
  • Understanding of market research, financial analysis, and risk management
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using digital platforms and investment tools is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines
  • Previous experience in the financial and investment services sector preferred
