Role Description

Bajaj Life is seeking a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager to be based in Kolkata. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong customer relationships, provide financial guidance on insurance products, and assist clients in selecting the best solutions to meet their needs. The role involves managing accounts, driving customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets through strategic engagement with existing and potential clients. The candidate will also liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to overall company growth.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
  • Sales and negotiation skills, with experience in generating leads and converting them into successful outcomes
  • Ability to analyze financial needs and provide tailored insurance or investment solutions
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with the insurance industry and financial products is highly beneficial
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, client relations, or financial services is preferred
