Key Responsibilities (KRA):

  • Identify and develop new B2B opportunities with corporates, MNCs, educational institutions, and event agencies.
  • Pitch and sell gaming packages, gift cards, bulk bookings, and corporate events to HR, Admin, and Corporate Gifting teams.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and long-term business.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Negotiate and close deals ensuring profitability and brand alignment.
  • Collaborate with the operations and marketing team to ensure smooth event execution and client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to generate leads.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend improvements.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, proposals, and presentations for management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of B2B sales or corporate sales experience, preferably in Gaming, Hospitality, Entertainment, or Event Management.
  • Strong corporate network and experience in pitching to HR/Admin/Procurement departments.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Passion for gaming, entertainment, and customer engagement is a plus.
