
Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities (KRA):
- Identify and develop new B2B opportunities with corporates, MNCs, educational institutions, and event agencies.
- Pitch and sell gaming packages, gift cards, bulk bookings, and corporate events to HR, Admin, and Corporate Gifting teams.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and long-term business.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Negotiate and close deals ensuring profitability and brand alignment.
- Collaborate with the operations and marketing team to ensure smooth event execution and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to generate leads.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend improvements.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, proposals, and presentations for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelors/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–6 years of B2B sales or corporate sales experience, preferably in Gaming, Hospitality, Entertainment, or Event Management.
- Strong corporate network and experience in pitching to HR/Admin/Procurement departments.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Passion for gaming, entertainment, and customer engagement is a plus.
