Inside Sales Specialist for Health Programs

Job Overview:
We are looking for an
Inside Sales Specialist
who can engage users who showed interest
in our GLP-oriented wellness program but did not complete payment. Many users browse plans, start the payment flow, request help, or book a consult but stop short of enrolling. Your role is to restart that conversation, understand their needs, answer questions, and help them take the final step. This is a relationship driven role that blends empathy with persuasion. You will act as the human bridge between a user's curiosity and their commitment to improve their health.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Follow Ups Across the Funnel
You will focus on users who:
- Opened the payment screen but didn't proceed
- Asked for help but didn't convert
- Signed up for a consult but didn't pay afterward
Browsed multiple plans without choosing one
Consultative Sales Using HabitNu's Script
Understand the user's health goals
- Explain our program in simple language
- Address objections about pricing, expectations, medication, and outcomes
- Guide them confidently back into the funnel
Encourage plan upgrades when appropriate
Multi Channel Reach Outs
Warm calls
- WhatsApp reachouts
Email reminders
- Daily Tracking and Reporting
- Keep accurate notes on user conversations
- Track common reasons for drop off
- Share feedback on funnel improvements
Maintain conversion and follow up metrics
Deliver a High Trust Experience
High empathy
- Clear communication
- No pressure selling
- Ability to build user confidence in both the program and themselves
Skills and Experience Required
- 2 to 4 years in inside sales, teleconsultation, or program enrollment
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, and coaching
- Strong communication in English and Hindi. Kannada is a plus
- Ability to read user intent based on the stage where they dropped off
- Basic CRM hygiene
- Patient, friendly, persistent
- Strong knack for simplifying complex health concepts

- Conversion rate from non paying to paying users
- Follow up turnaround time
- Funnel recovery rate
- User satisfaction scores
- Monthly revenue contribution
