Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Non-IT Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing recruitment team. If you have experience in non-IT hiring and want to build a long-term career in recruitment, this is a great opportunity to gain exposure and grow with a fast-paced staffing and consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles across industries such as Manufacturing, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Automotive, and more.
  • Understand client requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of hiring needs while maintaining quality.
  • Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job specifications.
  • Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines (TAT – Turnaround Time).
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to schedule interviews and provide necessary updates.
  • Maintain and update candidate records and reports as per company standards.

Key Requirements:

  • 0–3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
  • Prior experience in a Staffing or Consulting firm is highly preferred.
  • Good understanding of Non-IT roles and hiring practices in sectors like Manufacturing, FMCG, Consumer Goods, and Automotive.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using various job boards and networking platforms.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
