Role Details

  • Focus: Sourcing, screening, and candidate management for various IT roles.

Key Responsibilities)

  • Sourcing & Outreach: Learn and execute creative sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified technical candidates (e.g., Developers, Quality Engineers, Cloud Specialists) using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and specialized platforms.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and motivation.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update candidate data accurately within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Scheduling: Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with Senior Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand technical requirements and team needs.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on current technology trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive market data.

What You'll Bring (Required Skills & Qualifications)

  • Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in a recruitment, HR, or fast-paced customer-facing role (internships count).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, especially in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skillsyou're comfortable picking up the phone and engaging with candidates.
  • Mindset: Highly organized, proactive, results-oriented, and eager to learn the complexities of IT recruiting.
  • Familiarity: Basic understanding of common IT roles (e.g., Java, Python, React, Cloud) is a plus, but we will teach you
