Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist-Domestic, located in Noida. In this role, the specialist will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements, and sourcing suitable candidates. Additional responsibilities include conducting interviews, building employer branding initiatives, and ensuring a smooth hiring process to support organizational growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
  • Strong Interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • Experience with Hiring and developing effective recruitment strategies
  • Knowledge and implementation of Employer Branding strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in talent acquisition or HR roles is an advantage
