Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic IT Recruiter (Female) to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and a strong understanding of various technical skills and job roles in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions.
  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
  • Ensure timely communication and a smooth hiring experience for candidates.
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand job requirements.

Skills Required:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Good understanding of various IT technologies and job roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in using job portals and LinkedIn for sourcing.

Salary 10,000 pm -12,000 pm
