Work Location: TCS CHENNAI, TN / Indore, MP [Work rom Office only]
Experience Range: 2 to 4 years
Skill Required: Google Workspace (GWS)

Job Description: TSR -Technical Support Representative
Mandatory Skills
- Excellent Communication skill (verbal /Written)
- Chat support experience in the previous Roles and good Typing skills
- 24 / 7 environment including Nightshift and weekends
- Work Location – TCS Offices operating in Chennai or at Indore locations
Good to have
- Experience in Core Tech Support Projects, 6+ months of experience in infra, Storage, Service Desk
- Experience in Product troubleshooting, resolving issue/tickets
- Knowledge of any Ticketing tool, ITIL knowledge
- Experience in operating in Hyperscaler environment (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in supporting Google / Microsoft products
- Google Workspace Administrator certification / Microsoft certifications
