KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Student Excellence & Experience

  • Ensure a smooth learning journey for students across all programs
  • Resolve escalations and track student progress, outcomes and satisfaction
  • Implement processes that improve student engagement and retention

2. Trainer & Delivery Operations

  • Manage trainer allocation, scheduling and performance
  • Ensure all sessions run as per quality standards and timelines
  • Coordinate with trainers for session planning, attendance and reporting

3. Content & Curriculum Oversight

  • Oversee the content being taught to students to ensure relevance, accuracy and engagement
  • Work with content teams to update modules based on feedback and industry requirements

4. Batch & Program Management

  • Plan and manage batches, timetables and capacity
  • Monitor program delivery, completion, and overall operational efficiency
  • Streamline processes to ensure on-time execution of all training activities

5. Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor a team of 20
  • Set clear goals, review performance and ensure team productivity
  • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement

6. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Sales, Product, HR and Management for smooth workflows
  • Track KPIs, prepare performance reports and drive improvement initiatives

7. Maintain Relations with Corporate

  • Ensuring student reports are being shared with corporates.
