The Operations & Finance Head will drive organisational efficiency and financial discipline while enabling scalable growth. This role requires a strategic leader who can build robust processes, enhance operational performance, and create financial visibility for informed decision-making. Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure seamless coordination across cross-functional teams.
  • Build, implement, and optimise SOPs, workflows, and scalable operational systems.
  • Lead budgeting, cash-flow management, financial planning, forecasting, and monthly MIS reporting.
  • Manage compliance, audits, taxation processes, and liaise with external financial partners.
  • Oversee procurement, vendor management, contract administration, and resource allocation.
  • Track and analyse key operational and financial metrics; present insights and improvement recommendations to leadership.
  • Support pricing strategy and evaluate the financial viability of new initiatives.
  • Partner closely with founders on organisational strategy, planning, and execution.
  • Establish governance structures, accountability frameworks, and process excellence across teams.
  • Build, mentor, and scale the operations and finance team to support organisational growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
  • 7–12 years of experience in operations, finance, or business management roles, preferably within technology or fast-growing environments.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, budgeting, compliance, and reporting frameworks.
  • Proven expertise in building scalable processes and managing cross-functional operational structures.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-scaling organisation.
